1. Production will be initiated based on the receipt of advance payment and approval of all art work design
2. Based on the shipment sample the buyer will ensure the payment as per the terms
3. Once shipment received the buyer will confirm the same without delay
4. After confirming the shipment within 30 days the buyer will release the payment as per the terms
5. The buyer will release the final payment as per the terms within 75 days after receiving the shipment
6. Buyer will ensure timely payment as per terms of this purchase agreement
7. There is 30 days threshold on delivery timeline but incase of any circumstances that may impact the delivery deadline it will be reported to the buyer and the updated deadline will be mutually agreed.
8. Buyer is obligated to issue new orders based each 30 days after receiving the order.
9. Non-Disclosure Agreement: This Agreement, any and all Design and Pricing contained herein, and any related proposals or correspondence between Buyers And Company shall be considered confidential information. Both Parties agrees to hold such information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third parties.
